Preschool Registration

Step 1: Fill Out the Application Form

To begin, you will need to fill out the Beachwood Early Childhood Center Preschool Application Form, which will be available starting January 14 at 8:00 a.m. It is important to complete this form as soon as it opens, as each submission is timestamped to determine the order of applications. After you submit your application, the Preschool Director will review your information. If there are available spaces in the program, you will move on to the next step. However, if the program is full, the Director will reach out to you with details about the waitlist process.

Step 2: Sign the Contract and Submit the Deposit

If your application is successful, you will receive a contract via email for an e-signature through Adobe. This email will contain detailed instructions on how to sign the contract and a link to submit a $200 non-refundable deposit to secure your child's enrollment. You will have three days to sign the contract and submit the deposit. Both the signed contract and the deposit are necessary to officially reserve your child's spot in the program.

Step 3: Finalize Registration and Complete the Online Registration

Once the contract is signed and the deposit is received, the next step is to complete the Online Registration (OLR) through Infinite Campus. You will receive detailed instructions on how to access and complete the OLR in the email you get after your deposit is confirmed.
